Injure: Yep, with prior plotting and you have to take her powers into account.
Kill: With heavy prior plotting and again, taking her powers into account.

Disheartening/Magic;

I will never have Regina disheart a person or hurt them without previous plotting. As a whole, she is able to take out someone's heart with them remembering it and using the heart to control them like a puppet, if she crushes the heart, the person would die.

Again, this is not something I will do out of the blue! But if you do want to have a plot with Regina's disheartening powers, leave me a word and I'll be glad to do it!!
